One of a kind art dolls and soft sculpture by Sarah "Wolfie" Strub

From 2006 to 2010 I attended the Maryland Institute College of Art as an illustration major, but I never stopped striving for new skills or playing with new ideas. As a fiber artist I'm entirely self-taught, figuring out my technique mainly through trial and error. Eventually, I hope to be able to process all of my own wool by hand, from carding and dyeing all the way to finished felt.

These days, I live in Brooklyn, New York with my husband and an apartment-sized menagerie. I work full time and create in the evenings, making one of a kind mixed media art dolls and trying out different materials and techniques as they strike my fancy.
