Shipping
Orders can be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. All packages include tracking within the US, but only Priority Shipping includes tracking and insurance for international orders. Domestic orders with a First Class shipping price of $15 or more will be upgraded automatically to Priority Mail. Ready to ship items will be mailed out within 3 days of order placement. Custom orders will be shipped within 3 days of completion, but the timeline for completion will be determined on a case-by-case basis and given before payment is completed. If you place a custom order I will contact you via email prior to shipping, and will not ship until I’ve heard back from you. Please keep an eye on your email if you have placed a custom order, or reach out to me if you think you may have missed a message.
Please understand that First Class International shipping does not include tracking or insurance, and keep this in mind when you order. If you want full insurance and tracking, you should select “Priority Mail” as your shipping option. I cannot be responsible for an item once it leaves my location. In the highly unlikely event of a missing package, I cannot offer refunds for items lost in transit. You will have to file an insurance claim through the postal service system. If your package is returned to me, I will contact you right away to work out re-shipment.
If you would like to inquire about special shipping situations such as locations which cannot receive USPS packages, please contact me and we'll work something out.
Refunds and Returns
Refunds will only be issued for defects reported within a week of receipt, and all items must be returned in original condition. Please contact me right away if you are concerned about your item, including possible damage during shipment, and I will work with you to create a personalized solution for your situation. I guarantee my workmanship under the condition that all art dolls be treated with appropriate care. I cannot replace items which have been destroyed by children, pets, or careless handling.
Payment Policy
All items are sold on a first come, first served basis. I do not place items on hold during email conversations, unless we have specifically negotiated otherwise. No item will be shipped until payment has been successfully completed. If you have a concern regarding your order, please contact me and give me a reasonable amount of time to respond before filing a claim through PayPal. This is for your benefit as well as mine, and PayPal claim abusers will be barred from ordering from my shop in the future.
Additional Info
All of my work is created in a smoke-free but pet-friendly home environment. I cannot guarantee that wool creatures will not pick up a small amount of dander or the occasional stray feather from my rabbit and birds, although they will never be exposed to cat dander. If you have severe allergies and are concerned about the environment and handling that my work is subject to, please feel free to contact me to discuss your needs. If I can accommodate you, I will be happy to do so.
Regarding commissions, I am happy to do them! Please email me if you want to discuss custom work, and we'll figure out the details. I won't duplicate previous pieces, but I will help you bring home the perfect creature companion.
