Originating in the same rivers and ponds as koi dogs, meowrimos are tiny, fuzzy, friends who are very curious about the outside world! They tend to be quiet but observant, and are conveniently sized to come along on any adventure.

This adult meowrimo is approximately 2.5” long. This is a one of a kind mixed media art doll. There is no armature in a meowrimo, and they are not poseable.

Needle felting is a technique that uses a special barbed needle to pack loose wool fibers together to creature free-form, sculptural works. The surface is soft, but the body itself is much firmer than a plush doll. Many hours of work and lots of love go into each of my creatures!

All work is completed in a smoke-free home using natural fibers.
