Risograph Sheep Prints
Risograph Sheep Prints
It’s time to celebrate the soft and fluffy friends who make so much of fiber art possible - let’s hear it for sheep and natural dye plants!
This fun series of 4 risograph prints uses 6 different colors of soy-based riso ink. These designs are printed on heavy ivory paper and each one measures 8.5×11”. They are signed and ready to mat and frame. Each print can stand on its own, but they also make a great set!
Risograph printing is a semi-manual print process which uses a special printer to lay down one ink color at a time. The same image can be produced in varied colorways over time, and future editions may use different colors than this one. Shading and gradient effects are achieved by overlapping different colors, and lighter are shades are produced with a unique grainy texture. Individual prints may vary in their alignment, with colors overlapping in slightly different ways. I do not sell seconds or B-grades at this time.
All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage unless you choose Priority Mail as an upgrade. Prints are shipped in a sturdy cardboard mailer and are individually bagged and boarded for protection.
